E-line logging, or electric line logging, is a well intervention technique that uses a multi-strand wire to transmit electrical power and data into a well. It's used to perform wellbore logging, perforation, and other well intervention activities.
How
It works
An electric line is installed inside a coiled tubing.
The coiled tubing is used to convey the wireline tools into the wellbore.
The electric line transmits electrical power to the tool and receives data from it.
The tool can be used to perform logging, perforation, and other well intervention activities.
